In this, my latest book, I’m going to tell you how to have the body of your dreams. No dieting, no gym, no cosmetic surgery. It might seem unlikely but to get the body you really want, you don’t have to make any effort to change your body at all. The only thing you’ll need to change is your thinking.
And I don’t mean pretending or lying to yourself and definitely no repeating affirmations that you don’t actually believe! You will learn to genuinely love the body you have right now
Loving your body is not just a matter of feeling confident. Everything is touched by it, every aspect of your life; your relationships, your stress levels, how well you sleep and how you eat and even to the small things like how you interact with strangers. When you change how you think about your body, everything comes into full colour!
This book is full of unique information. It’s not a rehash of any other book, course or theory, it’s truly unique and it will leave you feeling on top of the world. Reclaiming your right to love your body and learning how to sustain that self love, really does change your life.
